” I was enormously thrilled with all aspects of the matching of SRG Homes with one of my buyers. SRG went over and beyond my, as well as the buyer’s expectations in meeting timelines and executing all phases of the Sales Agreement. The Purchase Contract stipulated that SRG was to “create” a backyard out of a blank 200+ deep, unfenced lot. This creation had to capture the buyer’s mental image of their ideal yard.
