River Oaks
Project Information:
River Oaks is a 1.84 acre site which was developed to house 22 living units comprised of three distinctive floor plan types. The overall development plans included (4) “A” Flat style buildings, (7) “G” Garage Loft individual units, and (3) “B” Townhome style buildings. See Site Map
The Situation:
The developer’s bank loan matured and due to the state of the economy, the loans were not renewed to complete the project. Four buildings were constructed and near 90% completion when the project shutdown.
Scope of Work:
Worked with the bank to fully complete the exteriors of the buildings, secure all openings/equipment, and restore the site. Heavy debris removal and overgrowth control was required to manicure the site and deter illegal dumping, vandilism, and theft.
