Bordered by the St. Johns and Ortega Rivers, the Ortega and Venetia neighborhoods are a hop, skip and a jump down Roosevelt Highway from the downtown area. Tucked on the riverbanks under a mature-oak canopy, many of the community’s homes feature convenient river or commercial access.
This area is in the middle of a quiet revitalization.
