In 2006, Bank of America approached SRG to construct the annual Symphony Showhome benefiting the Symphony Guild. Instead of building just one Showhome, SRG constructed four so each home could feature unique design themes. These homes featured all of the designer extras at non-designer prices and the highest-level finishes, fixtures and materials available.
All four of the 2006 Symphony Showhomes have since been sold, and are now occupied by happy-homeowner Springfield residents.
